This pink raspberry smoothie bowl is thick, creamy, and naturally refreshing, made with frozen fruit and yogurt for a smooth texture. Finished with fresh fruit, granola, and delicate toppings, it’s a simple and nourishing way to start the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries less raspberries for a light pink colour

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • ⅓ cup frozen avocado

  • ½ cup frozen banana

  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt

  • water to blend add little amounts at a time to keep thickness

  • hemp protein powder optional

Toppings:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Add all frozen fruit and greek yogurt to a blender.

  2. Add a small amount of water to help the ingredients begin blending.

  3. Blend until the mixture is creamy, thick, and smooth.

  4. Add more water in small amounts as needed while blending, depending on your blender.

  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  6. Top with banana, raspberries, hemp seeds, granola, and dried rose petals as desired.

Notes

  • Use fully frozen fruit to achieve a thick, spoonable texture.

  • Add water slowly to avoid thinning the smoothie too much.
