Easy Honey Garlic Turkey Meatballs are an oven-baked, no-fuss option for last-minute dinners. Lean ground turkey is seasoned simply, baked until tender, then finished with a light honey glaze for a balanced, weeknight-friendly meal.

1 pound lean ground turkey

½ yellow onion, grated

4 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs or regular panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup minced flat-leaf parsley

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin
-
½ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Using a scant 2 tablespoons of mixture per meatball, roll into evenly sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until the meatballs are just cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and apple cider vinegar.

Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush with the honey mixture.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
