Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the beef, breaking it up as it browns, until fully cooked through, about 7–9 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, combine all special sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth and well blended.

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Slice the tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.

Assemble the bowls by adding romaine lettuce to each bowl, topping with cooked beef and prepared vegetables.
