Description

This family-friendly Valentine’s Day cookie bark is made with crushed Oreo cookies, creamy white chocolate, and festive candy melt swirls. It’s an easy no-bake dessert that sets quickly and works well for gifting, sharing, or adding a sweet touch to holiday dessert tables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed

  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of pink or red candy melts

  • Heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  • Start by crushing the Oreo cookies using a rolling pin and a zip-top bag until you have a mix of crumbs and small chunks.

  • Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the parchment and spread it evenly to about ¼-inch thick. Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the chocolate.

  • Melt the candy melts in a separate microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Drizzle over the white chocolate layer and use a toothpick to swirl the colors. Sprinkle the remaining Oreos and heart-shaped sprinkles on top.

  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.

  • Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Spread the chocolate evenly for clean breaks once set.

  • Chill fully before breaking to maintain texture and appearance.
