Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley + lemon slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Pat each salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and arrange them on the baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush or spoon the mixture generously over each fillet.

  5. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 145°F and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze on top.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
