Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 lb bowtie pasta, cooked al dente

1 cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and season evenly with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the seasoned chicken to the slow cooker. Pour the garlic butter mixture and chicken broth over the top, then mix gently.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

About 20 minutes before the chicken finishes cooking, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Once the chicken is done, add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and mix until well coated in the sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
