This ground beef veggie stir-fry bowl is a simple, balanced dinner built for busy nights. Tender ground beef, crisp vegetables, and warm white rice come together in one bowl for a practical meal that works well for family dinners, quick weeknight meals, or easy meal prep.
Ingredients

120 ml cooked white rice

45 g ground beef, cooked and seasoned
→ Vegetables

120 ml mixed stir-fried vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced red pepper, diced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion)
→ Sauce and Seasonings

15 ml soy sauce or stir-fry sauce

5 ml olive oil or sesame oil

Salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to taste
Instructions

Cook the white rice according to package directions until tender. Set aside and keep warm.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned and cooked through. Season with a splash of soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper, then remove from heat.

In a separate pan, heat the olive oil or sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Season the vegetables with salt and optional chili flakes, then remove from heat.

To assemble, place the cooked rice at the bottom of a deep serving bowl. Top with the browned ground beef and the stir-fried vegetables.

Drizzle additional soy sauce or stir-fry sauce over the bowl if desired before serving.
